The MVP Hex is an incredibly versatile midrange, known for its impressively straight flight path and precise control. With flight numbers of 5 | 5 | -1 | 1, the Hex is a disc that can quickly find a permanent spot in any disc golf bag.
From a flat release, the Hex flies calmly and stably straight ahead, while the slight turn provides the opportunity to shape various lines. Players with high arm speed will find that the Hex can behave slightly understable, but the reliable fade of 1 ensures that the disc does not turn over completely.
If you have a lower arm speed, you will benefit from the extra turn, which makes it easy to shape controlled hyzer-flips, straight lines, and other creative throws.
The Hex is particularly strong when precision and control are more important than maximum distance. It is perfect for drives through the woods, technical holes, and situations where you need to be able to trust that the disc will hold the line you have chosen.
