Profile

I started playing in the spring of 2021. I was quickly hooked on the sport, and not least the camaraderie that disc golf offers!
I started playing for fun, but over time I started playing more and more tournaments, and in 2023 I had my first year on the Danish tour, which MPO plays. I also had my first Danish Championship this year, where I finished in 13th place.
My playing style is very varied, but I tend to throw fairly over-stable discs, and I don't hold back from throwing a forehand in any way. In fact, it's probably the throw I use most often, if the hole allows it.
I'm the type of person who nerds out on every aspect of the game to be the best version of myself. Plus, I hope that with MVP and Axiom and the team around New Disc, I can take myself even further up the leaderboards.
Despite the goal of getting better, I play disc golf because it's fun, and always make it a point to have fun with my competitors during and between rounds.

Rasmus Tschentscher Jessen Autumn

Hi, my name is Rasmus, I'm 30 years old, a father of two, and have been playing disc golf for half of my life. The first many years were pure fun and enjoyment, but in the fall of 2018 I played my first tournament and started training more. seriously.

I have studied sports at university for five years, and so I have an interest in all things movement and sports. This has led me to countless movement analyses and hours of refining the disc golf throw, which is why I also chose to become a coach and instructor back in 2020.

As a disc golfer, my strength has always been driving, while my putting has lagged a bit. However, I am working on correcting that, and it can also be seen in my rating, which is increasing in line with my confidence in putting.

I throw backhand 90% of my throws, but dream of becoming more confident with my forehand. I throw a lot of the same discs, and you will often see me with either a Proxy, Hex or Volt in my hand on the tee.

My best tournament result is a 4th place at the MPO Championship in 2023, and I hope to win a Danish tour division soon if I can make it play for a whole weekend.

Joachim Billund

My name is Joachim, I am 28 years old and I LOVE disc golf.
I started my "career" during the corona period and have been hooked on the sport ever since. I am a very backhand dominated player and like to throw the "straight" to understables.
I have long had a fondness for the Hex and it is most often the one chosen from the tee. However, that does not mean that I do not throw a forehand that I hit about 120 meters with.
I have ambitions within disc golf and therefore I am sure that NewDisc and the team behind it will help make the dream a reality.
My rating right now is ?!?!, but I hope to hit 960 rated before 2024 is over.

Even though my ambitions are high, it is also important for me to have fun while playing. That is why I always have a smile on my face, supporting my competitors and myself during the tournament rounds.
We'll see you out on the courts.
